Who We Are?

Our Mission

The Cassia County Museum focuses on the history in the Cassia area. We have many displays, train cars, WW II Memorabilia, farm equipment and much more.

By protecting and preserving the history of Cassia County, the museum bridges the divide between past and present through displays, exhibits, and education. When we respect the past we educate the future.

Extraordinary Experiences

In the month of September the museum hosts the 4th Grade Live Idaho History Day. The entire 4th grade classes from the entire county of Cassia. The day has all sort of historical presentations and exhibits the children can participate in. The museum provides tours to all the children. It is quite the educational experience.
